Welcome to ThreadVera. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ThreadVera.com and all products and services provided by DJ Digital Venture LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“ThreadVera,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing our website, creating an account, uploading artwork, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  1. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

ThreadVera provides custom printed products including but not limited to:

  • DTF Transfer Sheets
  • Gang Sheets
  • UV DTF Stickers
  • Custom Apparel Decoration Products
  • Related Artwork Services

All products are manufactured based on customer-supplied artwork and specifications.

  1. CUSTOMER ARTWORK RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are solely responsible for all artwork submitted to ThreadVera.

By uploading artwork, you confirm that:

  • You own the artwork; or
  • You possess all required licenses, permissions, and rights to reproduce the artwork.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Artwork quality
  • Resolution
  • Sizing
  • Spelling
  • Grammar
  • Color selections
  • Placement

ThreadVera is not responsible for errors contained within customer-supplied files.

  1. COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK POLICY

ThreadVera reserves the right to reject any order that appears to violate intellectual property rights.

We may refuse artwork that includes:

  • Copyrighted content
  • Trademarked logos
  • Unauthorized fan art
  • Counterfeit products
  • Illegal content

The customer assumes full responsibility for any artwork submitted.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold ThreadVera harmless against any claims arising from submitted artwork.

  1. COLOR VARIATION DISCLAIMER

Colors displayed on screens, mobile devices, tablets, proofs, and printed materials may vary.

Exact color matching is not guaranteed.

Minor variations in:

  • Color
  • Placement
  • Texture
  • Opacity
  • Finish

are normal characteristics of DTF and UV DTF printing and are not considered defects.

  1. ORDER APPROVAL AND PRODUCTION

Production begins after:

  • Payment is received
  • Artwork is uploaded
  • Files pass review

Once production has started:

  • Orders cannot be modified
  • Orders cannot be canceled
  • Artwork cannot be changed

ThreadVera reserves the right to pause production if artwork issues are identified.

  1. REFUNDS, REPRINTS, AND CLAIMS

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Customer artwork errors
  • Spelling mistakes
  • Incorrect sizing selected by customer
  • Low-resolution artwork
  • Color expectations
  • Carrier delays

If ThreadVera makes a production error, customers must contact support@threadvera.com within five (5) business days of delivery.

At our discretion, we may provide:

  • Reprint
  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  1. SHIPPING POLICY

Orders over $100 may qualify for free shipping within the United States.

Orders below $100 will be charged carrier-calculated shipping rates.

Delivery dates are estimates only.

ThreadVera is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers
  • Weather
  • Holidays
  • Customs
  • Events beyond our control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer when the package is accepted by the carrier.

  1. SMS AND EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

By subscribing to our marketing communications, you consent to receive:

  • Promotional emails
  • Order notifications
  • Shipping updates
  • Marketing SMS messages

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Customers may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link or by replying STOP to SMS messages.

  1. PROHIBITED CONTENT

ThreadVera reserves the right to refuse artwork containing:

  • Hate speech
  • Violence
  • Child exploitation
  • Illegal content
  • Sexually explicit material
  • Copyright infringement
  • Trademark infringement
  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ThreadVera’s maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

ThreadVera shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits
  • Indirect damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Business interruption
  • Lost revenue
  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Wyoming.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

ThreadVera may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
