At ThreadVera, all products are printed using artwork supplied by our customers. To ensure the highest print quality and a smooth production process, please carefully review the following Artwork Policy before submitting any files.

By uploading artwork and placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Artwork Policy.

  1. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are solely responsible for all artwork submitted to ThreadVera.

This includes:

  • Artwork content
  • Design accuracy
  • Spelling and grammar
  • Image quality
  • Resolution
  • Sizing
  • Color selection
  • Layout and placement

Customers are encouraged to thoroughly review all files before placing an order.

  1. FILE QUALITY REQUIREMENTS

For best results, artwork should be submitted as:

Preferred Formats:

  • PNG (Transparent Background)
  • PDF
  • AI
  • PSD
  • SVG (where applicable)

Recommended Resolution:

  • 300 DPI minimum

Artwork submitted at lower resolutions may result in:

  • Blurry prints
  • Pixelation
  • Jagged edges
  • Poor image quality

ThreadVera is not responsible for print quality issues caused by low-resolution artwork.

  1. TRANSPARENT BACKGROUNDS

For DTF Transfers, artwork should be supplied with a transparent background whenever possible.

If artwork includes unwanted backgrounds, ThreadVera may remove them as a courtesy when practical, but this service is not guaranteed.

Customers remain responsible for verifying final artwork before submission.

  1. ARTWORK REVIEW

ThreadVera may review artwork before production.

Our review is intended to identify obvious production issues and does not constitute proofing, editing, or design approval services.

We may contact customers if we identify concerns such as:

  • Low resolution
  • Incorrect dimensions
  • Potential print quality issues
  • Unsupported file formats

However, ThreadVera is not obligated to identify every error contained within customer artwork.

  1. SPELLING, GRAMMAR, AND CONTENT

Customers are solely responsible for verifying:

  • Names
  • Dates
  • Phone numbers
  • Addresses
  • Spelling
  • Grammar
  • Design content

ThreadVera is not responsible for errors printed exactly as submitted.

Orders containing customer-supplied errors do not qualify for refunds or reprints.

  1. COLOR EXPECTATIONS

Colors displayed on monitors, tablets, mobile devices, and proofs may differ from final printed output.

Exact color matching is not guaranteed.

Variations may occur due to:

  • Screen settings
  • Device calibration
  • Artwork color profiles
  • Printing materials
  • Production processes

Minor color variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.

  1. SIZING RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct:

  • Transfer size
  • Gang sheet dimensions
  • Product quantities

ThreadVera prints artwork at the dimensions provided by the customer.

Incorrect sizing selections do not qualify for refunds, reprints, or credits.

  1. COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK COMPLIANCE

Customers represent and warrant that they own or possess all necessary rights to reproduce submitted artwork.

ThreadVera will not knowingly print:

  • Copyrighted artwork without authorization
  • Trademarked logos without authorization
  • Counterfeit products
  • Protected characters
  • Unauthorized fan art
  • Illegal content

ThreadVera reserves the right to reject any artwork submission at its sole discretion.

  1. PROHIBITED ARTWORK

ThreadVera reserves the right to reject artwork that contains:

  • Hate speech
  • Harassment
  • Threats
  • Graphic violence
  • Child exploitation
  • Illegal content
  • Obscene or unlawful material

Rejected artwork may result in order cancellation and refund at ThreadVera’s discretion.

  1. PRODUCTION FILES

Once an order enters production:

  • Artwork cannot be modified
  • Files cannot be replaced
  • Layout changes cannot be requested
  • Sizing changes cannot be requested

Customers must ensure all files are correct before submitting their order.

  1. REPRINT ELIGIBILITY

Artwork-related issues are not eligible for refunds or reprints, including:

  • Low-resolution files
  • Spelling mistakes
  • Customer sizing errors
  • Color expectations
  • Incorrect artwork uploads
  • Design placement choices made by the customer

ThreadVera will only provide reprints when a verified production error occurs on our side.

  1. ARTWORK STORAGE

ThreadVera may retain uploaded artwork and order files for operational purposes, customer support, order history, and reprints.

ThreadVera does not guarantee permanent storage of customer files.

Customers should maintain their own backup copies of all artwork submitted.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

Customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ThreadVera, DJ Digital Venture LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from artwork submitted by the customer, including claims involving copyright infringement, trademark infringement, privacy rights, or publicity rights.
