THREADVERA REFUND & REPRINT POLICY

At ThreadVera, every order is custom printed specifically for you using the artwork and specifications you provide. Because our products are custom-made, we maintain the following refund and reprint policy.
1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled only before production begins.
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Production is considered started once:
- Payment has been received
- Artwork has been uploaded
- Files have entered our production workflow
2. NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Due to the custom nature of DTF Transfers, Gang Sheets, UV DTF Stickers, and other personalized products, we do not accept returns for:
- Customer artwork errors
- Spelling mistakes
- Incorrect sizing selected by customer
- Incorrect quantity selected by customer
- Low-resolution artwork
- Color expectations
- Design placement expectations
- Customer change of mind
- Orders no longer needed
All sales are considered final unless a production error occurs on our part.
3. ELIGIBLE REPRINTS OR REPLACEMENTS
If ThreadVera makes a production error, customers may qualify for a reprint or replacement.
Examples include:
- Incorrect product produced
- Incorrect quantity shipped
- Major print defects caused by production
- Damaged product received due to packaging issues
- Manufacturing defects that make the product unusable
ThreadVera reserves the right to determine whether an issue qualifies for a reprint or replacement.
4. CLAIM SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Claims must be submitted within five (5) business days of delivery.
To submit a claim, email:
support@threadvera.com
Please include:
- Order number
- Description of issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem
- Photos of packaging if shipping damage is involved
Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in claim denial.
5. COLOR VARIATION POLICY
Exact color matching is not guaranteed.
Colors may vary due to:
- Monitor settings
- Mobile device displays
- Artwork color profiles
- Printing processes
- Material differences
Minor color variations are normal and are not considered production defects.
6. SHIPPING DELAYS
ThreadVera is not responsible for carrier delays caused by:
- Weather
- Holidays
- Customs
- Carrier disruptions
- Events beyond our control
Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.
7. LOST PACKAGES
If a package is marked delivered by the carrier, ThreadVera is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery.
Customers should contact the carrier directly and file any necessary claims.
ThreadVera will reasonably assist when possible.
8. REFUND METHOD
If ThreadVera approves a refund, store credit, or replacement, the remedy will be determined at our sole discretion.
Possible remedies include:
- Product reprint
- Replacement shipment
- Store credit
- Partial refund
- Full refund
9. CHARGEBACKS
Customers agree to contact ThreadVera and provide an opportunity to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider.
Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed using order records, artwork files, production records, tracking information, and customer communications.\
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, unless store credit or another remedy is agreed upon.
Please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days for refunded amounts to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Store credit, when issued, is applied to your ThreadVera account.
