At ThreadVera, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review the following shipping policy before placing your order.
- SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
ThreadVera currently ships throughout the United States.
International shipping may be offered in the future and will be subject to separate terms, duties, taxes, and carrier restrictions.
- FREE SHIPPING OFFER
Orders totaling $100 or more (before taxes and after discounts) may qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
ThreadVera reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional shipping offers at any time.
- SHIPPING CHARGES
Orders below the free shipping threshold will be charged carrier-calculated shipping rates at checkout.
Shipping costs are determined based on:
- Package weight
- Package dimensions
- Delivery destination
- Selected shipping method
- Current carrier rates
- PRODUCTION TIME
Shipping transit time is separate from production time.
Most orders enter production after:
- Payment has been successfully received
- Artwork files have been uploaded
- Files have passed review and approval
Production time may vary depending on:
- Order volume
- Product type
- Artwork complexity
- Holidays
- Equipment maintenance
- Force majeure events
Estimated production times displayed on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES
Transit times provided by shipping carriers are estimates only.
ThreadVera cannot guarantee delivery dates.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Customs inspections
- Labor disruptions
- Carrier network interruptions
- Holidays
- Incorrect customer information
- ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress through the carrier.
- INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
ThreadVera is not responsible for delays, losses, additional shipping costs, or returned packages resulting from:
- Incorrect addresses
- Incomplete addresses
- Invalid addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be re-shipped.
- LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
ThreadVera will reasonably assist customers with carrier investigations when possible but cannot guarantee carrier claim outcomes.
Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully delivered.
ThreadVera is not responsible for theft or loss occurring after delivery.
- SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:
- Take photographs immediately
- Retain all packaging materials
- Contact support@threadvera.com within five (5) business days of delivery
Claims submitted after this period may not qualify for review.
- REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
Orders refused by the recipient or returned due to customer-provided address errors may be subject to:
- Return shipping charges
- Re-shipping fees
- Restocking or processing fees where applicable
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- FORCE MAJEURE
ThreadVera shall not be liable for delays or failures to perform resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
