Orders & Production

Most orders enter production shortly after payment and artwork approval. Production times may vary based on order volume, artwork complexity, and product type.

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

No. Once an order enters production, artwork files, sizing, quantities, and specifications cannot be changed.

Yes. DTF transfers work extremely well on both light and dark-colored garments.

When applied correctly using recommended heat press settings, DTF transfers are highly durable and designed to withstand repeated washing.

No. DTF transfers provide a soft, flexible feel while maintaining excellent durability and color vibrancy.

Yes. DTF transfers perform exceptionally well on cotton garments.

Yes. DTF transfers are ideal for polyester and blended fabrics.

We strongly recommend using a professional heat press. Household irons generally do not provide consistent pressure or temperature.

When properly applied and cared for, DTF transfers can last through dozens of wash cycles while maintaining excellent appearance and durability.

For best results:

  • Turn garments inside out
  • Wash cold
  • Use mild detergent
  • Avoid bleach
  • Tumble dry low or air dry

Heat Press Questions

Most DTF transfers are pressed between 280°F and 320°F depending on transfer type and garment material. Always follow the pressing instructions provided with your order.

Medium to firm pressure is generally recommended for DTF application.

Peel instructions vary by transfer type. Follow the instructions supplied with your order.

Artwork Questions

For best results, we recommend 300 DPI.

In many cases, yes. Background removal may be available, but customers should always review their artwork before submission.

We may review artwork for obvious production issues, but customers remain responsible for spelling, sizing, layout, and artwork accuracy.

Low-resolution files may produce blurry or pixelated prints. ThreadVera is not responsible for print quality issues caused by poor-quality artwork.

Customer-uploaded artwork errors do not qualify for refunds or reprints.

Customers are responsible for reviewing artwork before submission. Spelling errors are not eligible for refunds or reprints.

Colors & Print Quality

Color differences may occur due to:

UV DTF Stickers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier rates.

Carrier delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
